1. What we collect
Website forms: name, work email, company, optional phone, industry, team size, area of interest, message, preferred language, and your permission to be contacted. Workspace accounts: email, name, company, industry, language preference, and the content you upload or create (documents, extracted text, conversations, workflows, approvals, and notifications). We record usage events (for example, that an assistant request occurred) for analytics; we avoid logging the content of questions in usage records.
2. How we use it
To respond to inquiries, provide the workspace features you use, secure accounts, and measure product usage within your workspace.
3. Service providers
The application is hosted on Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage, and server functions). AI features send relevant document excerpts and your question to an AI model provider through the Lovable AI Gateway to generate answers and extract document fields. No other third-party integrations are active unless configured by a workspace administrator.
4. Access and isolation
Workspace content is visible only to members of that workspace according to their role. Platform administrators do not have default access to customer document content.
5. Retention and deletion
Workspace owners can delete documents and request workspace export or deletion from settings. Inquiry submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.
